Food Not Bombs Yokosuka is a non-profit volunteer organization that provides free food to the public. We aim to provide food primarily for the homeless/poor, however anyone is welcome to eat. We collect food that would be discarded but is otherwise edible, and prepare meals for the public to eat. We also use Food Not Bombs as a platform to create social change. Best of all, Food Not Bombs is a non-hierachical movement, and all decisions are consensus-based, meaning everyone involved has a voice!

If you're interested in community-based solutions towards helping the poor, or just want to help feed the less fortunate, then consider becoming a volunteer! We're always looking for new volunteers to help us cook, gather food or just help out!

Food Non Bombs横須賀は非営利のボランティア団体で、無料で食べ物を提供しています。私たちは主にホームレス/貧しい人々のために食べ物を提供することを目指していますが、誰でも食べることができます。私たちはまだ食べることが出来るのに、廃棄されてしまう食べ物を集めて、一般の人々が食べる食事を準備します。また、Food not bombsは社会改革のプラットホームとしても機能させるつもりです。何よりFood not bombsは、上下関係のない団体でその意思決定は常に水平的、集団的に行われます。つまり、参加するすべての人が等しく発言権を持つのです！

貧しい人々を援助するコミュニティ活動に興味がある方や、幸運ではない人々を助けたい方はボランティアに参加する事を検討して下さい。私たちは常に、料理をしたり食品を集めたり手伝いをしてくれる、新しいボランティアを探してしています！
